It happens to us all, you go to log into your account only to realize you have lost or forgotten your password. It's ok, we can help.
First, you will need to click on the forgot password link.
As seen below:
Shortly after you click the link you should receive an email from noreply@joincentric.com saying that “We have received a request to change your password. Please click on the link below to reset your password.”
You will then need to click the link provided in the email. Please make sure that you have added the noreply@centric.com email address to your safe senders list.

If the email to allow the reset still does not show in your inbox please make sure that the email address you entered is correct and that you received a welcome to Centric email to ensure this is the account you used to join. Also, be sure that you have checked your spam folder.
