To maintain the safety of the account you will either need to have the security code, which you should have received when you activated your account, or you will need to reset your 2FA to proceed.

2FA increases the safety of online accounts by requiring two types of information from the user, such as a password or PIN, an email account, an ATM card, or fingerprint, before the user can log in.

The first factor is the password; the second factor is the additional item. Please read more about 2FA here and learn about some of the many options to choose from for 2FA(* Links are not endorsements, be sure to research the safety and security of any 2FA option before using.)

If you are still having an issue you will likely need to go ahead and reset your 2FA. You will find the link to Disable 2FA in your Centric account.

It should be located in the 2FA login window, where you would normally enter your 2FA code. Once there you should see a link to disable your 2FA.

As seen below:

To proceed please click this link which will allow you to disable your 2FA, you will want to be sure to re-enable your 2FA again to ensure your account is properly secured.

You should receive an email that will inform you to click the link to deactivate your 2FA, be sure to click the link and then follow all of the instructions to confirm and reset your 2FA right away to fully protect your account.

Please note there will be a 7-day cooling-off period, where the account will be locked and you will not be able to send, request, or convert during that time. After the cooling-off period, your account functions should work as usual.

I hope you found this information helpful.

Please make sure you check back in on your account in 7 days and be sure to reach out to support if you are having any issues with your account functionality past the expected 7-day lockout period.

Regards,
